Found the way how to do this!!!! 1. U need to [url=http://rapidshare.com/files/27027491/RECOVERY.ZIP]download a X.YZ[/url] Downgrader(it was also used to downgrade from 3.03 with GTA LCS) and unpack it to the root of the memory stick(agree to replace all files, Then go to the Recovery Menu(Press R wile starting the system) and select "LUNCH PROGRAM AT PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP" Then it starts to downgrade your system to 1.5 and then u download and instal firmware u want(i installed 3.03 OE-C(I guess this is the best so far)) or if u suddenly become the good guy( ;) ) you can install 3.10 or either 3.40. [url]dark-alex.org[/url]-website of the creator of the Custom Firmware(aka OE) [u][b]PS[/b][/u]:[u][b][color=red](IMPORTANT)[/color][/b][/u] DO NOT INSTALL THE FIRMWARE YOU WERE DOWNGRADING FROM FOR THE FIRST TIME!!!!(imean if u downgraded from the 3.03(not OE) to 1.5 do not upgrade to 3.03 again!!!!) because there is a big and fat chanse to brick your PSP!!! The same thing about any other firmware!!!

I never knew that you can increase the chance to brick your psp by upgrading to whatever again after you downgraded... that is a very useful bit of information.

actually you are not increasing a chanse-this is a true way to brick your psp!!! and u can install any real playstation firmware unless u downgraded from it.

i am kinda curious why it cant be upgraded back to the old firmware .. anyone knows the reason behind this twist ?

I heard that this happens because motherboard won't let u upgrade to the same firmware-twice because it will "get" that u are hacking and it will self destroy =)(brick) lame answer but it is the explanation. can't explain better because of my horrible knowledge of English =)

but if u downgraded from 3.03(not OE) u can easily go to the 3.10,3.30 or 3.40 but not 3.03 again.
