i have 3.10oe-a' on my psp and its realy good, this wrks fine with me. You will need to downgrade your psp to 1.50 before you can do any of this stuff, i tryed it first time and it bricked my psp lol, but i got it fixed for £30! there is a guy on ebay wh fixes them just type in "bricked psp" or something like that.

Try going to your account at http://www.evilpsp.com/user click on Edit and near the bottom of the edit page you will see a place to change the timezone, hope this helps!
