Problems With 3.71 easy installer

Hey, im having problems with the firmware 3.71 and i dont think im the only person. My psp is currently 3.51 m33, and i want to keep it up to date, so the next upgrade i can use is 3.71 m33. With the easy installer the app does not work when clicked, others have been having this problem debating over whether or not it depends on the operating system that is running on your PC, i dont know if there is a problem with the file, can anyone tell me if they have used it recently and it has worked if not can you suggest somewhere else i can get this upgrade from cos i really need it!.
